North Dakota might not be the first state you think of for car culture, but the Peace Garden State has a passionate community of enthusiasts who make the most of every warm-weather weekend. Fargo Cars & Coffee is the flagship gathering, and the scene is growing.

Fargo Cars & Coffee

Fargo Cars & Coffee meets monthly from April through October at rotating locations around the Fargo area (Fargo City Hall parking lot is a frequent spot). This is the largest recurring cars and coffee event in North Dakota, drawing enthusiasts from across the Red River Valley - including Moorhead, Minnesota, right across the border.

What to Expect

The Fargo scene brings a great mix of vehicles: classic American trucks and muscle cars, modern sports cars, and the occasional import that somehow survived North Dakota winters. The community is welcoming and enthusiastic - smaller gatherings mean you actually get to talk to every owner.

Grand Forks Cars and Coffee

Up I-29 about 80 miles north of Fargo, Grand Forks Cars and Coffee is a community-organized gathering that adds another option for eastern North Dakota enthusiasts. Follow their Facebook group for schedule updates and meetup locations.
